We are so happy with our bathtub transformation!!! Omar came out for our estimate and was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Matt did absolutely beautiful work and made our tub look brand new again. When we moved into our home, the tub had not been finished properly, which made it nearly impossible to clean, and it also had a crack that continued to grow over time. Matt was able to repair the crack, add a nonslip application to help with the slope of the tub, and completely refinish it. The team was timely and wonderful to work with. Spoke to these guys about two weeks ago, they were booked up, gave me a price & said they’ll honor the price they gave when my two weeks appointment arrives, there were some discrepancies when the time came on the price, based off the condition of my tub, where it could cost me more then the price that was given, but they honor the price that was given two weeks ago, plus warranty, caulking and non slip, great honest guys, highly recommended.

I am very happy with the results of my bathtub reglazing. Pro Tech did an amazing job of bringing my bathtub back to life. 2 years ago, I used another company for reglazing, after a short time I noticed cracks and imperfections in the tub. I was afraid that I would have to purchase another bathtub. But I found Omar and his wonderful team through Angi's list. Omar was patient and answered all of my questions. He did not nickel and dime me for every upgrade, in fact, he just through it in for free. Believe me when I tell you I was embarrassed by the condition of my bathtub. Once the appointment with Pro Tech was set, I needed to reschedule the day. Omar was very accommodating. He said" I want to make you happy" that spoke great service provider to my husband and I. Moe the technician from Pro Tech arrived on time, ask if he should take his shoes off before entering our home, explained the job before and after, cleaned up perfectly and ask again if we had questions. I contacted Protech Recoating after a DIY bathtub recoating kit I had applied a few years back started cracking. From the very first phone call, Omar was thorough, professional, and helpful. he walked me through everything and set up a time slot without any hassle. What genuinely impressed me was the communication. I got a confirmation call the night before my appointment, and then a call the morning of letting me know exactly when the team would arrive. I honestly can't remember the last time a service company did that. It felt respectful of my time, and that meant a lot. Mathews and the crew was super quick, clean, and left absolutely no trace behind. They warned me ahead of time about the chemical odor from the coating, but thanks to proper ventilation, it was barely noticeable. The whole experience was seamless. And the tub? It looks phenomenal. I was already impressed by the quality of their work, but their level of professionalism and customer service is what really set them apart. Very courteous and respectful did a Great job , put plastic on walls and covered the floor, sink and toilet to protect them from over spray. Gave good information on care and cleaning of tub after the new finish was applied. Also clean up after job was finished. My tub had previously been refinished by another company and was peeling. Omar stripped all of the old coating and gave my 60+ year old pink tub a new shiny white look. We also had him put in the non-slip bottom and it's been great. I appreciate that Omar showed up as scheduled, kept me informed throughout the process and left the area clean. Just had these guys to get our 70s pink tub dyed white. They came in, explained everything, and got it all done efficiently. Amhed( I'm 100% sure that's spelled wrong) came right on time, even called to let me know when he was 5 minutes away. I had a horrible experience with another company that repainted my bathtub. The previous company had totally redone it on 2 occasions and came back for numerous repairs such as cracking peeling etc. I was very tired of the repairs, inconvenience etc. I was very apprehensive to have another company literally fix the previous mess. When I contacted ProTech Recoating I spoke with Omar who was extremely knowledgeable and new right away what my issues were. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was so impressed I thought I would give them a try. Boy am I happy I did! Matthew and Michael came and did an outstanding job! You can tell right away the difference in the paint, workmanship and quality of their work. I wish that I contacted them in the first place and I would not have had all the previous headaches. We had a 30 year old whirlpool tub that had cracks and very discolored. I contacted this company and right off the bat I was impressed. In 2 days my tub and shower basin were like brand new!! The concern for cleanliness and doing the job right was the main concern of Matthew the young man doing the work. Josh also helped and my wife and I couldnâ t be happier with the outcome!!
